The Founder
Oliver Burleigh
Founder & Principal
Oliver began his journey as a passionate trainee electrician, quickly earning recognition for his technical skill, integrity, and tireless work ethic. With over a decade of hands-on industry experience, he built ORB Mechanical & Electrical from the ground up into a company renowned for professionalism, innovation, and reliability.
His approachable leadership style values collaboration, transparency, and genuine relationships with clients and team members alike. Oliver remains deeply involved in every aspect of the business, from project planning to on-site problem-solving.
Since establishing ORB, Oliver has expanded his entrepreneurial vision by founding Executive Properties & Lets and CB Construction Management. He has also taken on the role of investor and board member at both Tallee and The Collective Venture, demonstrating his commitment to supporting diverse, growth-oriented businesses.
Outside of work, he is passionate about supporting local communities and mentoring young tradespeople.
